New rules, many key dates, negative gearing, CGT, tax on trust distributions, etc.

We’re looking to travel to Gold Coast this September and wondering if Sheraton or Langham is better?

Family of 4 with very young children. Kids enjoy pool and spa. Been to GC a few times already. Last time we stayed at the Casino but didn’t enjoy it much.
