Opinions requested

My sister received this coin from my uncle some years ago while he was still alive. I would like some of the knowledgeable people here for there opinion.

I went to my bank today and asked for half dollars. They had 30 dollars worth and I took them. I was not expecting to find these proofs. I am just trying to find one of each year with some NIC. I got these. I never saw these before but with the shine and the S mint mark I believe them to be proofs. How much can I expect to get for each one? The 1981 has scratches that look like they almost have to be deliberate. Thanks
