Opinions on Axis burgundy account as salary account

I have salary account in ICICI bank since last five years, got Sapphiro LTF. Tried upgrade to wealth but RM is useless and also not much benefits.

Our company also have hsbc and Axis as partners.

HSBC premier is out of scope since in hand is lesser than 3LPA and won't be near at least couple of years unless I switch with better offer which is tough in given market.

Only option seems Axis burgundy account. Any experience with axis bank salary account. I talked to RM assigned in company. I already have savings account in axis converted from Citi earlier.

Need feedback for existing Axis bank account salary experience, any catches I should be aware of before applying for Burgundy account. Anything which I need to get confirmation on email from bank professional before applying for ltf magnus cc or burgundy debit??

HSBC Live+ credit card application status pending after long KYC fiasco

I applied for HSBC Live + credit card yesterday. After providing all the required information then comes Video KYC.

It was disconnected by first agent. Then second ones call dropped. Third one was not able to see PAN card from laptop so suggested to join from mobile and disconnected.

I tried on mobile but it was showing status you are already on call wait for it to end and after some timeit showed you are not loggedin continuosly even after refresh or open incognito.

Finally tried again on laptop same fiasco, PAN card is visible but DOB is not visible in END. Not sure I have already verified DOB with Aadhar verfication in application with OTP in online application, seems nitpicking I can also see that clearly in video feed but not to them. Finally HSBC rep dropped the call and asked to again join from mobile.

I tried again same issue on my mobile chrome, asking for login but no way to login provided.

Tried from another phone finally it started but one represntative asked to remove headphone to take photo of me and then I was not able to hear her after removing headphone for few seconds and she disconnected quickly giving no time.

Finally connected again and everything went through but it was more furstrating like job interview. Even after my all the authenticated details asked same. Like in address Aadhar mentioned ward no which is not relevant but they mentioned I missed important detail. Similarly for office address and even salary to the last digit after providing same as documents.

After all this status is some weird message "Clarification Required. Your application is pending as we require additional clarification. Please contact your Relationship Manager or visit your nearest HSBC India branch to provide the required information."

Any help... Feeling dejected for no reason due to idiots representatives with no common sense and testing patience to the core. Somehow I remain composed but seems that was not common to them so mentioned some weird thing after providing everthing correctly.

I don't have even RM or card number what to do now???

Hdfc credit card limit increase offer issue

I recently checked for my limit increase offer after seeing multiple post on this channel for HDFC users getting limit increase.

I also got limit increase offer from 7L to 10L but it showing my card as Mastercard when putting last 4 digits and mobile number.

Using link online https://applyonline.hdfc.bank.in/credit-cards/credit-card-limit-enhancement-form.html

Current card is ViSA nor Mastercard.

I thought to proceed since this limit increase only. It failed with message that's us nothing wrong on your side and redirected to same from process from start

Again it is showing Mastercard so I did proceed the process.

Did anyone else faced the same?

How to resolve this?

Taking car from credit cards and then pay in full

I'm planning to buy a car around 24L

Can I take that with credit card with full payment from card?

My icici credit card have 25L limit, so seems possible.

If I take it from that and pay the whole same day, will it affect my credit score?

Paying before statement generation, will I get rewards points?

Need some guidance on HDFC credit cards

Recently got free LTF upgrade to Regalia Gold from Regalia first.

No change in limits though.

I don't have HDFC Bank account or any other account apart from credit card.

Also have basic rupay UPI credit card with same limit but different billing cycle, Also LTF.

Now I am getting offer 1000 INR on referrals. Referred ones will also get 250 INR voucher via gyftr.

I'm new to this forum and have few questions:

  1. I want to ask is there any disadvantage for me if referred one is not got successfully through the process or got rejected?

  2. How to in long term increase the limit from HDFC Bank, current is 7 lakh.

  3. What to do in long term for getting better card offer on HDF bank.

  4. Will closing UPI credit card will get increased limit offered? Right now it has same limit as Regalia Gold and different regards and billing cycle.

Thanks in advance for community members for expert guidance as I'm novice in this forum and credit card world in terms of knowledge.,🙏
