Park life

I was bit by a tick some time in April or May and had fling the tick into oblivion instead of keeping it, they kept testing me for Lyme but I do have apparently Babesia microti anti bodies, not a huge crazy amount but enough to slightly suggest that there was a previous encounter with the little parasite.

Help guy, do you think this is some mild heart condition

I need some perspective here gang, no one knows what’s going on and the er, keeps sending me away.

I have been having terrible fatigue, neck pain / jaw tightness, pain and tingling in my arms, hands and jaw, off chest pain, Every time I go to the er for it my ekg is off and my tropin level peaks up to like 27 in a 26 year old female, I’m just so tired that I can’t even go to work.

Er this past time it happened was really concerned but ultimately after a 4 or 5 days stay, some aspirin and constant heart monitoring I was let go again, without a proper game plan, What led up to me getting out into the hospital again besides the off ekg and 27 trop level was me passing out 4 or 5 times while standing and doing basic things after being lightheaded for 2 weeks, I kept going in that time frame only to have many many many doctors brush me aside while saying it’s anxiety or gerd but I’m not diagnosed with anxiety like that… or acid reflux, this last past time. They had asked what I did for fun, what I like doing ect, they did a drug panel on ms bec they thought I had od on something my heart rate was around 79 and my respiration went down to a 9.

In one of my ekg notes it even says between the dates 18-30th acute or mild cardiac infrin can not be ruled out, bec of how severe the inversion was in my st and t waves.

I can provide EKG’s and other things if need be but I just feel like shit guys, and need help I can’t sleep hardly and feel like shit, I just want to finish my college degree start and start teaching. I had some other things going on as well, like nerve pain but they think that might be bec of the cervical stenosis I have.

Opinions ??

Female 27 126 pounds, shortness of breath and chest pressure were evident most of the time, had 4 or 5 episodes recently where I started passing out as well, didn’t full go out but it happened upon waking and while I was headed to the bathroom, I had already been feeling lightheaded and off before I had gotten up though, my limbs had been tingling and buzzing like they were falling asleep. I’m incredibly weak and super fatigued, nerve pain has been occurring as well but that might just be something else undiagnosed.

I do have an echo with bubbles here soon and had an at home halter monitor but I feel like shit, can’t sleep and am still having the chest pain, tropins have been off and high at certain intervals as well.

Trops

I know I’ve been on here before but I’m still just curious, they didn’t do too much testing, ekg was off as usually, but I do now have a heart halter an an echo with bubbles scheduled bec I keep having episodes of odd symptoms and high trops.

Anyone know why trop levels would look normal after a day or two after spiking up to 22 and higher

I’m wondering if it could be correlated to pain level, any time I have the odd flare ups with intense nerve pain, I also end up having a lot of agnia / this time around I was passing out as well, just trying to get to the bottom of what might be going on, .

Could be completely unrelated but I can’t drink caffeine or pop anymore without getting lightheaded.

Cervical stenosis help

Getting tossed around from doctor to doctor, I was recently diagnosed with severe cervical stenosis, I’ve been having in and off burning nerve pain, neck pain, tingling and pin pricks and an overall heaviness, pm and r did an emg , which came back as fine so now….. instead of getting physical therapy….. or getting my neurosurgeon referral despite the findings of my mri, I’m being sent to a neurologist in 5 months……. It’s like they don’t believe me even though I went like 6 days without sleeping bec of the pain I was in.

What do you think this sounds like

Lots of odd symptoms here,

Burning nerve pain at the base of my neck / back (has occurred more than once) rapid fire musle jerks and twitching over my whole body internal vibration and the sensation of a heaviness / limbs falling asleep and trouble drinking and eating on and off. The weakness and heaviness was so bad I couldn’t drive and almost crashed my card my elder father had to lift me off of the ground around 5 times as well.

I’ve been going to the er and my pcp who keep brushing it off and saying it’s nothing. Last time it happened around May, I thought I had some odd cancer or infection the pain was deliberating at the base of my neck.

It did turn out I have stenosis in my neck, but this new doctor a pm and r doctor. Who has no clue why I was sent to him, said this did not sound normal at all and said he wanted another brain mri and an emg he sounded worried should I be

Female 27

I’ve been having on and off severe burning pain in my neck and upper body, pins and needles in my face, neck, arm hands, along with severe muscle weakness and heaviness not that I can’t lift anything or do anything but it all feels heavy and off. Hard to move, I kept going to the er for a week, and after I had some off chest pain and my heart rate dropped down to a 50-60 they kept me thinking I was having a stroke or mentally ill and on drugs is what the actual report said.

They kept me for 4 days, did brain mris ect until they found what was classified as severe cervical stenosis I was in my neck on both the left and right side

C4-6. They were unsure and still didn’t think it was causing half of the symptoms and pain I was having, so they sent me home with a chest monitor and told me to go to a neurosurgeon, my pcp said I should do physical therapy bec I wouldn’t qualify to get anything done for it and pretty much dismissed my symptoms and pain as well.

Now I also had severe saiatica as a young child in middle school that went in addressed it was so bad that I would be disabled and couldn’t go to classes for months on end, they never did anything but an xray.

I’m just curious to know what your thoughts are and what I should do, this is def disabling me though, I had some other things happen like how I almost passed out 4 times. have been having the heaviness in my chest and the numbing sensation left me thinking I was dying and going paralyzed. I did not but I’m still in pain just now at home, have not passed back out but they are leaning more towards that being bec I was in pain an scared of the sensations I was having, it was wacky though my vision started going black and my arm was weak and slipped off of the steering wheel and I almost crashed.

I should add I had no disc bulges, or any injury they said it was a lot of compression though, it was narrow and I could have just been born with it narrowed.

FINDINGS: Vertebral alignment maintained. Vertebral body heights are normal. Marrow signal maintained. Cervical cord normal in signal and morphology. No pathologic enhancement. C4-5 level: Severe right and moderate left foraminal stenosis. C5-6 level: Mild right foraminal stenosis.

Update 3

I have read the faq.

Good news, sort of after collapsing multiple times. They amitted me, turns out I have severe spinal stenosis like level 6 which apperantly causes like numbness and loss of sensation ect, they also went ahead and gave me a heart monitor bec of how weak I am and how I kept collapsing with dizzy spells. I have no brain infections!! Or encephalitis, and they said stop taking the lexapro bec this wasn’t anxiety, my heart rate was actually in the lower end and I was mildly out of it due to the throat pain, it was completely normal to assume that it might have been an infection from the cat bite, bec it was so recent. They aren’t sure if the nerve compression is what’s causing the neck tension and throat spasms but it can compress your nerves and cause a lot of damage. It’s in my cerivcal spine which is in my neck so that would explain the neck pain, jaw tension.

At the end of the day, go to the er, multiple times if you have to. I have one doctor who listened to me, and it turned out to not be anxiety. They aren’t sure what’s causing it if it’s an auto immune disorder damaging the spine, or a disc issue, but I’m following up with a neurosurgeon

Update d.12

I have read the FAQ. And need advice.

Well I’m still here, almost blacked out 4-5 times last night along with my arms and legs going to sleep while I was driving and on the way to the er. Was told pretty much that I’m stable heart rate wise, I’m breathing so I can go home, it’s either anxiety or something neurological going on and while it’s clearly that this needs to be fast tracked immediately bec I was stable and breathing some what I was “well” enough to discharge .

nerve pain on the back of my neck is absolutely killing me. Pain is kinda coming and going in hot flares and waves, and low key that exactly what happened before I almost passed out. Blood rushing to my face, nausea a cold sensation going from my feet all the way up.

They want me to do an outpatient upper scope tom, to see if it’s more neurological or something else causing the painful neck spasms and dysphasia.

Update

I have read the FAQ.

Symptoms since my last post are amping up and getting worse, it’s officially day 7 since I was bitten / scratched by the stray kitten and houses it / sleep near it for a day.

Er refused to give me vaccine, family refused to say I needed it, cat was lost in quarantine. Meanwhile I’m having painful swallowing, a low grade temp, joint pain, pin pricks and over all muscle fatigue, muscle jerking and more, a new symptom to add as well, was facial flushing I was peer pressured to go to work bec that just how the United States is, my father said the bills stood no one not even rabies, on my way back I noticed the facial flushing I could feel how hot my face was, mainly my face and ears and low behold they were blood red. At the time of the flushing I was not actively running a fever fever, just felt like I was bec of how I started sweating and was getting clammy, temp was reading at 98.97

Worst part is the pin pricks / tingling in my neck

Kitten is still alive at d.6 tech d.7 as well bec it bit someone else the day before hand.

So now I’m reeling still, I was given anxiety / central nervous system regulator medication, muscle relaxers, amoxicillin and the bloody tetanus combo shot.

I’m reeling trying to recall if there was any other point in which I could have been bitten or scratched by an animal, as I previously mentioned only thing I could think was my own cat whom died shortly after behaving and having odd symptoms which they attributed to his end of life renal failure that came out of no where.

2 year old case likelihood of rabies

I have read the FAQ. My cat bit me almost two years ago and had to be put down, I had this very large and serious gash looked at. My family knew about the bite. But at the time my mother was dealing with end of life, stage 4 cancer with only a few days left to live.

I had taken him into the vet thinking he had a brain tumor or something. Bec he wasn’t eating, drinking, he go up and try to drink the water but his face would fall in, he lost movement in his eyelids and couldn’t move half of body. They told me it was end of life stage renal failure, I have no clue if they checked for rabies but I’ve been having some odd symptoms dysphasia, brain fog, pin pricks and needles everywhere, muscle spasms and limb jerking, and yes before you ask I have gone to the er and my pcp.
