like i remember being a fresh ass redditor and finding out there is now a subreddit for pakistani teens, and in part that subreddit is responsible for inspiring all these communities for specific groups within pakistan back when we had r/pakistan and r/PakCricket and that was it, at some point the mods decided to ban any productive conversation, banned all the big contributors to the sub (me included) just because they wanted to make more use of a big platform for pakistani teens than to just shitpost, if u actually look at the state of the sub now its just the same repetitive shitposts, any text posts will have 2 upvotes and 150 comments because they have this weird internal competition of being the most upvoted, and nobody in the comments actually discusses the content of the post and its the same 8 people circlejerking with no outcome
