Keep being messed around for an interview I was invited to

(Also posted in r/recruitinghell)

Got an email on Thursday inviting me to an interview on Monday. “Just reply to this email if you’re able to attend so we can officially book you in and send you the preparation info.” I responded the same day and still haven’t heard anything. Called the store today just to confirm that they’d received it and if there’s an interview booked to me. “Yeah you’re not on my list for an interview. Recruitment would have emailed the successful candidates.” I told him they had but I’ve not heard anything back and that’s why I was calling as I’m worried I’ll show up on Monday and they’ll turn me away. He’s told me I can interview on Monday if I want, but I’ll struggle if they haven’t sent me the info pack (like that’s my fault). He’s given me his email address to forward the invite email to for proof, but still no reply so I guess time will tell.

Advice for doing voiceovers over video? Completely new to this

Hi! I’m really hoping this is the right place to ask this. I’m a little nervous so please be kind!

I’ve had a YouTube channel in the works for a while now and have just finished some scripts for my first few videos, and im ready to start recording! I’m going to be talking about theme parks and give reviews etc, and to do this I plan to do voiceover over video footage.

My question really is how to do that and how I’d edit this together. I have a microphone that connects to my phone, the plan was to record audio on my voice notes. Will that work? Where do I go from here? Can I email those audio files to my computer and is there a software where I can then add that over video footage? I don’t mind paying for one if anyone has recommendations.
