Balcony pibbs - day 21 of incubating eggs - still not hatched?? Help!

Was delighted earlier in June to discover my strawberry plant had been commandeered as a nest for 2 local pibbs. On June 8th they laid their 2nd egg and have been constantly incubating since.

It's now 21 days and no sign of hatching?? Mama and papa are still diligently incubating - wouldn't they know if the eggs had died or whatever and have stopped??? Worried about them, and their eggos! What should I do?

They did sometimes fly off for a few minutes now and again to swap parents for incubating or jumpe to the balcony floor for food. Also, we've had a heat wave so its been quite warm?? What do you.guys advise?? 🤔

Anyone else find this an unexpectedly hard part of redundancy??

Me again from last week! Thanks for all your advice. Officially in the 30 day consultation redundancy process - everything so far has been a checklist of everything the commenters said this process would be, which has really helped, no surprises and I was definitely more prepared than I would have been. Thanks again lads. ❤️

So, apart from the psychological warfare that is the 30 day process (and yes, before yous ask, I'm being shafted with a scabby package, and no, I don't want to fight, I just want to take the money and run and never look back.)

BUT, one thing I'm surprisingly angry about is the fact while there's loads of redundancies in some areas of my workplace... There's some absolute fucking TOOLS and DOPES and just brainless MORONS who have mindbogglingly survived the cull simply because the role they do currently can't (or currently isn't) being done by AI. Even our receptionist, sweet girl, is only in the door three weeks and she's set for life basically, but me after five years is gone because they don't have to pay a robot to do my job...

I know it's not personal, it's purely corporate maths, and in fairness I fuckin hated the place. But still. This is some emotional rollercoaster and I am experiencing ALL the stages of grief here, all at once and then all over again. It's just the impotent unfairness of it all. Like ultimately it'll be fine and I'll start again and all that, but Jesus. Knowing I've to go and some of those cunts get to stay by absolute sheer luck? Sickener. I'm grand, just felt like reaching out and seeing if anyone else felt like this when they were redundant?? Like come on!!! She's been here 3 weeks and she stays, I'm here 5 years??? 'Saaaake... Bunch of snakes. lol x

Getting sacked tomorrow - what should I ask??

Hey lads, long story short: massive layoffs in my company announced. (Company/industry tanking money for a while now, it's shit but been a long time coming.) I've been called into a "role review" meeting tomorrow, but I know from experience that's their soft-soap way of giving staff Das Boot. What I want to know is: other than asking about:

- Last pay date and my holidays in lieu pay

- Last working day

- References

What else should I be asking//preparing for//doing to ensure I don't get shafted tomorrow if I am sacked?? Go raibh maith agat!

Reversed Ace of Pentacles - how would you interpret?

Hey hey! Every December I do my Year Ahead Calendar reading for myself. Just to get the general vibe of what to expect for the year ahead. A bit concerned now June approaches as the card I drew for June was the Reversed Ace of Pentacles. I'm an experienced tarot reader, and all my research proclaims that this card is the card of wasted potential and missed opportunity... How would you interpret this card? Just worried because I haven't a clue what I'm wasting or what I could be about to miss out on... A bit of a "sliding doors" moment, I guess! :)
