How fast-paced are classes in AMV? Do professors teach new lessons every meeting, or do they spend several meetings on one topic for mastery?
On average, how many new topics or chapters do you cover in a week?
I passed both of these schools’ entrance exams and I'm really struggling to pick between UST Manila and SLU Baguio for college. UST has a strong reputation for Accountancy, which is one reason I'm considering it. However, I'm kind of worried about its harsh retention policies and rigorous system. I'm not trying to downplay SLU's BSA curriculum but I think their retention policies are more forgiving.
Another factor I'm considering is the environment. My hometown is nearer to Baguio, but as many have said going to Manila will push u to grow.

hi! i just wanted to ask how AMV’s grading system works since i’ve heard many people say that getting failing quiz or exam scores is almost inevitable in bsa.
is the grading system really zero-based (i.e., no transmutation)?
are curves applied based on the batch’s average scores or based on the number of passers?
if your scores are around the batch average, does that generally keep you safe from failing the course or the cut-off grade?
