I put iOS 27 beta on my iPads and was blown away on how amazing the new Siri was. She heard everything I said, did a lot more than old Siri, I was stunned at how good she was! Because of that I decided to put it on my phone...

...and it's unusable. It's so bad. She hears nothing, always fails, I can't even tell the last time she got even a simple text message correct.

All devices are either latest models or one model back. All are using the new Apple Intelligence beta, all are on the same public beta of iOS 27.

Anyone else have this crazy discrepancy in Siri's across multiple devices?

And before anyone says "they're beta!" yes I'm a dev I'm well aware of what betas are.

I know I need them, but I've heard mixed from a few friends that are on them. If you've gone on them as an adult what was your experience like? Did you see improvements?

In the past on the simulators you could just drag and drop certificates but it doesn't appear to work with device hub and I haven't found any sources online where anyone is looking at this yet so I wondered if anyone else figured a way to do it.

To clarify, I'm not talking about developer certificates and the like, I'm talking things like enterprise certs that need installed.

We can't disable autofill/keyboard suggestions as the users want it but iOS adds an extra space after which is problematic on some fields. I was wondering if anyone knew of a modifier or anything that disables this extra space on a per-textfield basis.

I can write one if there isn't an official one but I was just curious if there was a convenient way to deal with this or a default keyboard modifier I didn't know about. Thanks!

I'm using Dynamic Font throughout my entire app yet the audits in Accessibility Inspector will give me a ton of "Dynamic Type font sizes are unsupported: User will not be able to change the font size of this SwiftUI.AccessibilityNode" warnings.

The problem is the users CAN change the font size. I can even move to the inspector and adjust the font and see it all change right within the Accessibility Inspector.

Management looks at these audit screens so I would ideally like to figure out why this is happening. I've searched all over the internet but haven't found any solution unless I missed it.

Has anyone ever run into this?

It looks like it's just right down the road on the map, but I also know sometimes things that look close can be hours of travel and google failed me big time in Europe so I wanted to ask a locals sub if it's indeed possible to go ski both places while staying in Breck (and if there's any other close mountains let me know.)

-The icon files are correct and are standard asset files vs the icon composer files.

-The app displays just fine through test flight and local distribution.

-The build under Distribution shows the correct icon.

-The correct icon is shown as being included under the Distribution -> Included Assets tab, yet the app icon in App Store connect keeps flipping between one of two old ones and this has been happening for weeks.

Now normally, this isn't a big issue but because a bunch of non-devs have access to App Store Connect (not my doing) I get flooded with emails about the "changed icon" even though I've repeatedly stated the icon in App Store Connect doesn't matter, only the one on device. I've even sent screenshots to these people proving it's correct despite what App Store Connect says.

For my sanity, has anyone found a reliable way to trick this icon into being correct without deleting and recreating the app in App Store Connect? (That would be a massive mess for us).

Is anyone else running into issues with their app icon appearance in iOS 26? I'm using icon composer and turned off all the effects, but the app icon is still a very dull saturation when loaded into the app. Has anyone else dealt with this?

I can't show an example as coworkers would easily spot my reddit account but the colors are significantly desaturated compared to apples (and other peoples) default icons.
