i know a lot of people here swear by SAJ and in a way i understand. i know a lot of people also hate the pop era of M5. not that my take is really relevant and this post is a bit out of the blue but i just wanted to say my thoughts on everything.

i have only been properly getting into M5's music starting last week, but throughout my life and even as a child i have never not liked the band. i think despite their more pop sound nowadays, i think they are still a good band. i always say, true fans of a band will never hate a band/artist's evolution and while yes, M5 had a very good run when it came to SAJ. but V and RPB are also really good albums in my opinion, yes they are pop and not rock but that doesn't really make them bad does it? after all they are STILL maroon 5.

i only say this bc ive been reading a lot of posts in this sub and i genuinely do not understand the hatred for M5 pop era in general like it feels like most people here are exclusively SAJ glazers. no offense to anyone who is, i have no problem with yall, im just saying like yk V and RPB are great as well 😭

hi! i know a lot of ppl have been panicking. rest assured i think i know what is going on.

when Another One went back up this morning. i ran a scan on it using a tool i have which shows the distributor of a release. captured tracks since the 2010s have been using Secretly Distribution (aka BWSCD Inc.) but it seems they are moving to Believe Music.

the thing is, i am a bit confused because Another One is gone again, but Old Dog Demos, and Live & Acoustic Vol. 1 are back up, both distributed by Believe.

another thing I noticed is that mac's post-2019 catalog is still up, but under Royal Mountain Records. if i am not wrong, these used to be on Mac's Record Label, so I am unsure why they are on RMR. both Mac's Record Label and RMR are seemingly distributed by UMG (Universal)

this stuff is all very confusing, but i hope it gets resolved soon + i hope you all gain some insight into this :)
