For those unaware, Hi-Rez confirmed that Moolan Hua Mulan and Bok Bok Horus are part of the same skinline, which is supposed to be this Cows vs Chickens conflict.
Bok Bok Horus' splash art has him peacefully collecting crops on his farm, while Moolan is out here on a poultry massacre.

If you use your empowered Auto Attack right after casting Gleaming Blast, the ability cooldown "resets" to Gleaming Blast until the projectile hits an enemy.
If you activate Gleaming Blast again while it is "reset", nothing happens, but as the original projectile hits an enemy, Threads of Light goes into cooldown.
I reported this to PTS Bugs a while back, and Quigley confirmed that it is related to some other issue, and will require a bigger fix than just a hotfix.
