Razor MX650 vs. TUTTIO ARC-I for my 9’year old— which would you choose?

I’m trying to decide between a Razor MX650 and a TUTTIO ARC-I for my son. He currently has a Razor MX350 that needs a new battery, so rather than putting more money into it, I’m considering upgrading him to a bigger bike.
The TUTTIO seems like the better bike right out of the box since it already has a lithium battery and goes 20+ mph. But I also like that Razor is a more established brand, and the MX650 seems to have a huge aftermarket if we want to upgrade it later.
I would most likely leave the TUTTIO stock, but if we went with the Razor, I could see us modifying it down the road.
For those who have experience with either. Which would you buy for a 9 year old?
Thank you!!!

Upgrading a Razor MX350 for My 10 Year Old - How Big of a Project Is It?

For my 10-year-old’s birthday, he really wants to upgrade his Razor MX350. I have no idea how to do it, but I’m pretty capable and willing to figure it out. My main questions are: how big of a project is this, and is there a complete upgrade kit I can buy, or do I need to purchase all the parts separately?

How much to pay dog sitter?

We were gone for 16 days and hired a dog sitter through a friend’s recommendation. She isn’t a professional pet sitter—she’s in her early 20s and does it occasionally as a side job.

We have one 5-year-old mixed-breed dog. He’s pretty easy overall, just high-energy with some separation anxiety. I asked her to feed him twice a day, take him on walks, and stay overnight. There were no additional housekeeping responsibilities.
When we discussed payment, she told me she typically charges between $25 and $75 per day.
I checked our Ring cameras while we were away. Most days she seemed to leave in the morning and return sometime between 6–11 p.m. One night it appears she didn’t stay over at all. From what I could tell on the cameras, she only took him on about three walks during the entire 16 days (unless the cameras happened to miss some). I also came home to a note from a neighbor saying my dog had been barking a lot, which has never been an issue before.
That said, my dog seems happy, healthy, and well cared for, so I’m grateful for that and don’t think he was neglected.

What would you consider a fair amount to pay her? I’m not trying to underpay her, but I’m also wondering if the level of care matched what I expected.
