Begginer runner , avoid zero drop?
Hey all, getting back to fitness after being sedentary for many years at a desk job and starting hitting the gym and walking/trying to run the past few weeks and boy is it tough.
Started with Clifton 10s but I feel very unstable on them, like I'm on stilts. Tried on altra torin 8 yesterday and wow did those feel like they were made for my foot ....I know they put a lot of strain (or so I was told) on the calves and as I haven't worked out/ran in quite some time I'm a bit worried they are too much for me. Am I psyching myself out too much?
