I have been waiting for an overseas package for about 3 weeks. It has been in Ontario CA and all it shows is “Warehouse Scan” and “The package is in a secure facility pending clearance or resolution” Which im guessing it has to do with customs. I contacted the Shipper and they did their part but Customs department told them to tell me to contact them and have them clear customs. I need help and see how to do it. Tried calling support but the phone operator only guided me to the customs guide online. I tried sending an email but I havent heard back. Is there a phone number or correct email that I should be contacting?
