I’m starting to question if I’m actually the problem at my new job.

I lost my freelance job last April, so I started looking for a new one the following month. Fortunately, I found a job and started in June. I was honestly really happy and excited because I thought things were finally looking up for me.
After about a month of training, nag start na kaming mag-audit on our own. Everything seemed fine at first, but recently, they’ve been pointing out a lot of mistakes in our group chat, and a lot of them are being directed at me.
What frustrates me is that I was just following the instructions we were given during training. So now I’m honestly confused. Maybe I misunderstood some things, but at the same time, there are moments when I feel like the instructions aren’t always consistent.
I’m seriously considering resigning at the end of the month. Kasi hindi ko na ma take yung feeling na halos araw-araw may issue or may sinasabing mali sa work ko. I’m starting to lose confidence in myself and constantly second-guessing everything I do.
I know I’m still new, and I understand that mistakes are part of learning. But it’s exhausting when you feel like every day you’re just waiting for someone to point out another mistake.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Did you stick it out, or did you eventually decide that the job just wasn’t worth the stress?
