How to romanticise your work week?

I've started a new job, and it'a temporary for the summer. It's the same field that I'm pursuing and it's giving me an insight into how my life's going to look postgrad.
I'm trying to take this opportunity to really romanticise my job, my work day and not dread work every time I go in. Everyone I know that works is always saying how they just come home scroll and go to sleep. I really don't want to do that but I have been guilty of it for the past couple days. How do I romanticise the work week girls?
Do I make sure I have plans after work? Treat myself to a lash/nail appointment once a week? Also howww does everyone have energy??!! Is it caffeine?? Tbh, I am anaemic and vitamin d deficient like a lot of girls, so I tend to get tired quicker.

Aim: romanticise the work week, ensure that I have enough energy to be present + enjoy my life because the everydays make up our whole entire life!

Any tips?? How do you do it girls? xx

Why is community pharmacy like this???

I just started a pharmacy counter assistant job as a pharmacy student and even though I'm grateful for the position/experience that will come with the job, why is no one allowed to sit? The hours are long and I have chronic back pain which gets so bad during the shift. Is there hacks? Is this why everyone takes frequent toilet breaks??? How tf am I meant to do like full time work here, im honestly thinking of quitting.

it also makes me really not want to do community for pre-reg or at least avoid it as much as I can...

Does anyone have any advice on getting through this?
