I’m looking into car options since my beloved 2007 Vibe has 214k miles and won’t last forever. I have always liked the look of the Crosstrek, reliability etc are all decent. One car I’m thinking of testing out is a 21 Crosstrek Sport with 71,000 miles. According to the carfax, it had a battery replaced around 30k, a starter and fuel pump replaced around 60k. Is this a car that has been well maintained, or is it one that has had more maintenance than usual and therefore might be faulty? I’m also a little worried about the transmission issues I hear about.
