B1/B2 visa after immigrant visa case was closed?

Hi everyone,
I have a question about applying for a U.S. B1/B2 tourist visa.
I was married to a U.S. citizen, and we applied for a CR-1/IR-1 spousal immigrant visa in 2024. Unfortunately, our case was terminated because we couldn’t provide some of the required documents. My case never reached the interview stage at the U.S. Embassy.
If I apply for a tourist visa now, will the U.S. Embassy still have my previous spousal visa application in their records?
Also, do I realistically have any chance of getting a tourist visa to visit my husband in the U.S., or is it likely to be denied because of my previous immigrant visa application?
Has anyone been in a similar situation? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience.

Husband angry we didnt have sex on the first night even after 2years

What should I do with my husband who is still angry even after two years of marriage because we didn’t have intercourse on our wedding night?

We knew each other online for 2 years and he decided to come and we got married right away, which we did. He stayed for 2 weeks in my hometown, but I still couldn’t have sex with someone I was seeing in person for the first time. We tried of course, but it just didn’t work. I was too shy and overwhelmed, and I had never been in a relationship before, while he had previously been in a haram relationship but says he didn’t have intercourse.

Now that issue is resolved and we do have a sexual relationship (I also think I might have vaginismus), but whenever we argue, he brings it up and throws it in my face. We also still live separately for now. I don’t know what to do
