I have a really close friend who has a heart of gold. Very empathetic and a great friend. She confided in me that about three years ago, she was mid twenties couldn’t find a job and had no money and would sometime steal from friends to able to afford food. She felt terrible and nothing like that has happened since. She also said she borrowed the backs of her mother’s diamond earrings with the intention of putting them back but she forgot and her mother asked about it and she said she knew nothing about it. She returned them then of course but still. Should I be wary about having her in my life and feel bad doubting it. Is it a big deal? I feel bad for because the guilt is really playing with her
