Channel is inconsistent! What am I doing wrong?

Tdlr is - My main niche is gaming .. specifically content for the CookieRun game franchise.

My newest video is high effort from me aaaa, I spent so long on it and rewatched it multiple times to make sure it's entertaining! I thought a slow and steady vibe would be nice like another YouTuber with no voice I'm inspired from.

Unfortunately the video seems to be flopping xd and even my animations seem to do half and half? Sometimes they get a lot of attention and sometimes they fail! No consistenty.

The 500 subs are new! 3 months ago I was at like less than 80 I believe so that's something. I also have a couple of returning fans who keep showing up on every video which I'm very greatful for! I even had someone put my art as their pfp 😭 It feels like I can build a community but it doesn't seem to stick!

To note - NO AI USEAGE from me . Thumbnails are all edited or drawn by me and same goes for the content inside the videos!.

What am I doing wrong?

Does anyone have a trick on how to focus on A for effort 2?

I genuinely can't focus on how hot the dude is. His smiles make me just uncontrollably just look at him while cracking the widest smile. When he does his little XD face, my face just goes AAAAA. I keep trying to perfect this game but I just cant 😭, his face is just so full of love and attractiveness it's insane , what were they thinking of inserting such an attractive dude when making this? I'd literally die if this dude was an irl , like what would i do if a real person was exactly like him?? Short and a small beard?? I'd literally fall head over heels

This is why fruit flex 1 only shows his face once. That pose fruit flex dude does before switching ? Absolutely makes me melt dude. Not to mention that fanart of him that landed on this subreddit the other day and DAMN it was good ?? Anyhow any tips would be genuinely appreciated!!

My views are dropping despite having the same quality and upload schedule, what’s wrong?

My main niche is CookieRun content, speed paints and whatever. I had my channel suddenly do better with a cookie run macarena animation. But now stuff seems to start dropping? All thumbnails are either handrawn or edited by me - same goes for content

C1 Nicole and only 106k dps… what’s up?

Builds in comments! I’m doing the correct rotation but it seems like his premium team isn’t doing much better than his venti Bennett team xd . I was able to reach 100k with venti c0 and Bennett c6.

Akasha won’t work for prune and Nicole rn.. so

Was able to get a c1 Nicole … while trying to get c2 prune 😭💔 is she better than c2 prune?

My prune is at c1 rn! I won’t spend any more pulls since I already have durin xd. My venti is c0 without eledgy or any 5 star weapon. Would it be worth it to replace him with her?
