Trying to figure out how valuable my New Nintendo 3DS XL is and whether it has IPS screens. I can add more pictures on request.

It’s a Metallic Blue launch-era unit I bought near release. It has:

* Ambassador Program games (20 games including the GBA titles)

* some shell peeling

* tiny screen scratch

* slight stick drift

When I tilt the screens, the colours stay vibrant (maybe I'm wrong) and don’t seem to wash out into black/white, although they get a little blurry at sharper angles.

Does this sound like:

* top IPS / bottom TN?

* dual IPS?

* or just good TN panels?

Also wondering what the console might realistically be worth in the UK market with the cosmetic wear + Ambassador games included. Should I pay to repair it?
