Academic Medical Center vs Large Community Hospital vs Small Community Hospital

Hypothetically, let's say there are three hospitals in the same system in the same metro.

*AMC: >700 beds, all normal residencies/fellowships, School of Medicine, level 1 trauma, etc.

*Large Community: >400 beds, IM program only, all support specialties.

*Small Community: ~100 beds. Core specialists working mostly banking hours.

All work the same hours. All are paid the same. The only difference is the hospital.

What would you take?
