Old ghost pic.
I posted this image years ago on slapped ham, but they never used it. So the story goes, my buddy use to work at a thrift store. One day a couple of really old beaten up photo albums came in, one had a bunch of old black and white originals in it. He was flipping thru the album for fun quickly, but stopped when he saw this picture after a quick glance. He pulled it out of the album sleeve to look at it even more puzzled. Then quickly snapped a pic of it with his phone. He said the picture itself was very dry and brittle and had a date from the 1940's written on the back in pen. This is all there was in the album relating to this picture. The hiding face is in the middle of the two ladies.
Interesting enough I will upload a second picture, where I tried to colorize it a few months back and Ai could not recognize any person being there, when clearly there is. I tried it on multiple programs with the same results. But none of the software could seem to pick up the strange smiling man with black eye sockets. I used Chatgpt to get it's opinion and it too did not see or recognize a face there, until I pointed it out. By the end of the conclusion, it could not give an answer and said the picture was strange after analyzing it. So I don't know? It's a weird one. I tried searching for any info regarding the people or the production in the picture, but without any luck. What's your opinion guys?
I will upload the original picture, one of the colorized versions I tried and the upscaled version I did thru Ai, to make the photo more clearer. Sorry I uploaded the colorized one twice.
Add on: This is NOT and I cannot stress enough NOT an Ai generated photo or created picture in anyway. The very first picture is the original untouched picture as found from the photo album. What you see is what is in that picture. I have had this image saved since 2016.
