I am moving away from Google Workspace. Inevitably, people will share Drive links with me and I will want to share them with others for collaboration.

1. Can I maintain my drive as it is (on a zero-cost tier) while moving the domain and mail etc away from Google?

2. Does someone have a documented process for that?

I wonder if there are ways to cut down on the steps required to make my bare bones social media videos.

1. I have to first transcode, then put subtitles on. Can either or both of those be automated?

2. I like to render one with subtitles, then export the .srt of the subtitles and render one without. Can that be scripted?
