Can you all give me feedback?

I called into the dealership and it’s supposed to be the best one in the region.

The tech said he wasn’t able to give me the full breakdown (itemized) of the services and instead gave me estimates. The tech said this is plus labor.

I already got the tire rotation and oil change.

The full 60k service is around $1400

For the itemized estimates I was given:

Spark plugs - $600 HVAC and engine filters - $300 Air conditioning elements - $120 Brake fluid - $200 Differential fluid - $300 CVT - $800

In the DMV area. Does this sound right?

Basic Wear and Tear - Move Out

Hi everyone,

Advice needed!

Does anyone know the standards of basic wear and tear? How to defend yourself during a final walkthrough?

I’m a little nervous that my landlord will try to get over on me.

I do have some pictures but I’m not sure if I trust my landlord to do right by me.
