How quickly could I finish my degree?

Hi everyone,

I have my Associates degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences which is 60 credits. I hope to finish my bachelors degree in 1 year, or 1.5 if I have to. How quickly do you think I could realistically finish an accounting degree at wgu while working part time?

What is more stressful, being an accountant during tax season, or an actuary during exam season?

I am considering both of these career paths so I’m honestly curious to know how you guys think these compare.

I am 18 and I have my associates degree in liberal arts and sciences and looking for some advice on which career path to take. I am open to getting my bachelors degree but also not set on it. I think very logically and enjoy math. I also enjoy design (interior, graphic, anything really) but understand that that is not a super realistic career path. I hope to get married and have kids around 25. I want to stay home with my kids until they are in school. A job where I would have the ability to work remotely would be ideal. I’m considering actuarial science or accounting. I don’t need to love my job but I don’t want to hate it, I just want a good work life balance and enough money to do the things I love! Please let me know if either of these would be a good choice or if you have any other career suggestions!
