I need help getting rid of background noise for my new microphone

Is there a way i can make it so that my mic doesnt pick up EVERYTHING in the room such as me breathing or keyboard/mouse clicking ?

(WITHOUT OBS OR ANYTHING THAT WILL MAKE THE SOUND QUALITY WORSE)
