I quit August 10. It has been eight days; I have never gotten past three!
I am using on! pouches (4 mg, 2-3 a day) and fum. The fum is a rig that has flavored air cartridges, no nicotine.
I also have been using chatgpt to yell at and be sad at. Smoked for over 30 years.
What it reads in the title, no nip saving. This was for a cancer diagnosis (in situ so it hadn't spread). I have the markers that indicated I could potentially develop cancer again. I was going to have nips tattooed, but I panicked about more needles and didn't want my "breasts" to look like Kermit the Frog eyes.
I originally was not going to have reconstruction. Now? Wish I would have stuck with that choice. This was 5+ years ago...
