Splash damage from source without the 'Splash' trait

The Avatar spell lists a few forms that deal additional splash damage on attacks. However, the splash damage is not listed as a separate Splash trait, but included into the damage description itself.

Would the splash damage function as if was part of an implied Splash trait (Damage on Failure, Does not double on Crits), or does it behave like normal damage from an attack?

Trying to find resources for the Hellknight's "The Measure and Chain"

Got a PC that's a Hellknight. Is there any pdf or something that lays out the laws and virtues of the "Measure and Chain"?

Warhammer Fantasy, Swordmaster of Hoeth - Build Advice?

I'm trying to build a character akin to Warhammer Fantasy's Swordmasters of Hoeth. Their whole schtick is that equal parts warrior and philosopher. They wield a Greatsword with grace, rather than brute strength. There's also some blurbs about them acting as High Elven CIA on the side.

The philosopher/cia stuff I can easily find options to cover. Less so for the Greatsword with grace thing. All the things described as graceful are for one-handed weapons without anything in the other hand. All the things meant for two-handed stuff are described as brutish and wild.

Edit - Forgot to add that they (usually) wear Heavy Armor and can parrying projectiles with their Greatswords. All the options I've found for parrying projectiles (and parrying in general) are for, again, wielding a single one-handed weapon, and nothing else.

Are there any actual options that support this fantasy? Or, am I stuck home brewing and reflavoring?

I have to applaud the devs for accurately creating situations that give me second-hand embarrassment

A Multi-Class Archetype Feat that let's you get a single high-level Feat from that Class

Prerequisites and limitations would be something like:

- Level prereq of 12 or something

- Feat prereq being that 1 Feat in every Multi-Class Archetype that let's you grab a Feat at Half-Level

- Limitation of treating your level for the Multi-Class Feat as your Level - 4

- Can only get this Feat once

Balanced? Probably not, but it allows access to some higher level Feats that you can't normally get, even if only once.

As for why the Level - 4 limitation? I know there are some non-Multi-Class Feats that sometimes offer Class Feats 2 levels later than when they're normally available. This is just a way I can think of to not shaft those Archetypes by offering the same thing. Also, as a way to limit the level of Feats you can grab from that class. Anything Levels 18 and up feels like it should remain exclusive to that class (though, I know there are some Archetypes that offer 18th Level Feats at 20, those are fine).

Representing very high level creatures (eventual bosses) as Complex Hazards?

I want the party to meet a future boss character early to show how powerful they are, but I also know putting them up against a creature that's more than PL+5 is a death sentence. I could make a lower level version of said boss character for the PCs to face, and have some win condition other than "beat them to 0," but I thought of an alternative. Taking inspiration from how Kaiju would be represented as Hazards, would I be able to do the same with these creatures?

If the creature had, say, spellcasting, could I represent that through 2-3 complex hazards that replicated spells like Fireball, or other Wall spells (with level-appropriate values, of course)? I would have to figure out how the PCs could "disable" these "hazards", but I feel that it could be a fun way to show off your higher level guy without insta-killing your players.

I believe I've come out happier by never putting myself in these games

I see posts every now and then of people putting in their real partners in there, and then regretting it (or having otherwise complicated feelings) because they broke up or the like.

Meanwhile, I have Dink Donk steal Hoohah from their failing relationship with The Throngler, and react like it's a Korean Romance-Drama.
