Looking for OTs in southern California who prioritize increasing accessibility to services and equity

Hey folks. I’m a COTA in San Diego, doing outpatient therapy; primarily fingers, hands, wrists, some elbow/shoulder conditions as well.

My biggest education post-graduation is how much insurance referrals, approvals, and general red tape disrupts outcomes. And I already hate our healthcare system.

In a word:
I’d love to open a (small) practice that does not answer to insurance and works on a sliding scale.

If you’re an OT interested in collaborating and this sounds like it aligns with your values and vision, shoot me message.
