What are some ways to be focus?

Recently it’s just hard for me to locked in, and I’m wondering what are some tools are there I can try to put me into the zone? I’ve tried some pomodoro clock, and just throw my phone away when ever I’m working or studying but it just don’t really work

For people who own a consumer EEG device: has it actually been useful?

I’ve tried consumer EEG devices such as Emotiv and NeuroSky. The brain data is interesting, but the devices can be uncomfortable, and I’m still unsure what practical value the information provides.

With a Fitbit, WHOOP, or Oura Ring, the data can influence decisions such as when to rest, exercise, or sleep. Has EEG helped you make similar decisions about when to do focused work, take a break, or change your routine?

Building brain sensing device

Hi, I'm currently building brain-sensing wearables, and we're still exploring what kind of stats value to you the most and what type of wearables you want to wear. It's currently built into a headset's ear cap, like Sony XM3 and XM4
