As the title implies, I'd love to hear some general predictions about the game that are not related to the DLC characters!

I'd love to hear some of your predictions and theories about the game's main story!
I do have a couple of them myself:

First off, a small one, I NEED Ghost Rider to drive his team around. There's a reason why the chose the one Ghost Rider who has a car instead of a motorcycle!

My next one is about Loki, I think his Cap illusion from the trailer might actually be part of the game's story (it could just as well only exist for the surprise in the trailer, but let me have some fun with this). IIRC the blog post mentioned him trying to go for a bit of an image change and become a hero, so maybe he created "The Soldier" as a persona for himself to achieve that. Thinking about it, maybe the people fear him because he has attacked earth before, which wouldn't necessarily be helpful in his endeavor and could be the reason for this.

My last theory is about Peni's story. So we know that Star Lord accidentally dragged her into their universe while trying to use teleportation. Deadpool also seems to be able to interact with other universes, as we can see with what is presumably his 100 meter super, with him summoning some of his variants. This leads me to believe that he might be the key for Peni to be able to return home.
I could also see them having a really fun dynamic. Peni seems pretty young in this game (probably high school age I'd say) and Deadpool is generally very nice to children, so I could see him getting a little protective over her, trying not to cuss around her, etc. Peni would probably be very annoyed at this, since she is "almost an adult" and "can take care of herself" etc etc, I think this would be really fun!

The first pic is from the Ms Marvel character guide, the second pic is from the beta.
It also seems like they moved the super meters further inward so that character-specific meters can always be displayed next to them, rather than above them.

What's your opinion on these changes?

Me personally, I think the previous design for Storm's UI looks cooler in a vacuum, but the new one is more in tune with the rest of the game's UI, so I think it's a good change!

So first of all, I'm not trying to be pessimistic here, I am increibly hyped for the game, but what I've seen, the game could be lacking two core things that would potentially make it a lot more fun. (I'm not saying the game isn't gonna be fun, I still feel like this is worth the discussion though).

The first thing are command normals. From what I've seen, command normals don't really seem to be a thing, at least not a common one, other than forward heavy and down heavy in the air. I'm worried that this might lead to a lot of the character's normals feeling kinda samey in the long run, and giving them more unique command normals could definitely help with that.

The second thing are supers that provide any sort of utility. So far, it seems like all supers are just invincible moves that deal a bunch of damage, with the occasional ranged super (like Iron Man's and Doom's Level 1s). Kind of the same problem as mentioned before, I'm worried that this might lead to supers feeling kinda samey. I think it would be cool if some, if not all characters had "level 2s" (or I guess 75 meter supers in this case) that can provide utility, kinda like some of the level 2s in SF6. One specific idea I have for this is giving Peni a super item toss like Faust has in Guilty Gear.

Again, I'm not trying to be pessimistic or doompost or anything, I've just wantd to share my worries and hear some opinions on them!

So, the Mario collab event for Bananza is coming out in waves, is there a difference between them? Like, does it matter whether I play in wave 1 or wave 3 for example?

So, with the latest trailer we've seen that some of the recolors we get will be references to different versions of the character/different Marvel characters.
I could also see them referencing some Guilty Gear characters with some of the recolors, so I came up with some examples that would be cool:

Sol - Magik (or maybe Cap, since he's the "face" of the game, but I think Magik fits better)

Ky - Captain America (or Iron Man if Cap gets Sol)

May - Peni (with the mecha either referencing her dolphin or her anchor)

Potemkin - Hulk (or whatever grappler we will see in the future)

Axl - Ghost Rider

Bedman? - Danger

What do you think of my ideas and what are some GG-based recolors you'd give to Tokon characters?

So, I was wondering what sort of casual or singleplayer modes the game could potentially have and I think a Roguelike mode could work incredibly well for a game like this!

I'd imagine that you get to choose one character to start with (maybe you're also able to unlock permanent upgrades for that character) and from that point on fight different types of enemies.
Generally the more difficult the battle, the higher the reward, maybe harder battles could reward you with a team member, whereas easier battles give you small buffs, like maybe starting with a certain amount of super meter, a higher defense stat, higher damage output, etc.
They could also include special challenges in this, like fights where you only have 1hp and have to perfect the opponent for a huge reward.

I just think somehing like that could work really well in a game like Tokon.

What do you think about this idea? And what sort of fun/casual/singleplayer modes would you like to see?

Guten Tag, ich habe ein kleines Problem und dachte mir, dass es nicht schaden kann, hier mal nachzufragen.

Ich habe schon seit längerem einen Verdacht auf Depressionen, einen Termin beim Facharzt habe ich bisher leider nicht bekommen können. Meine Recherche hat ergeben, dass Hausärzte Depressionen diagnostizieren und auch behandeln dürfen, allerdings kümmert sich mein Hausarzt nicht um mentale Probleme und kann da höchstens eine Überweisung zum Facharzt anbieten, für die ich mir aber selbst einen Termin besorgen müsste.
Als ich weitere Hausärzte in meiner Nähe kontaktiert habe, kam das gleiche dabei raus.

Kennt vielleicht jemand einen Hausarzt (oder einen Facharzt mit Kapazitäten), der sich um so etwas kümmert? Vorzugsweise in 45257, in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs oder gut per S9 zu erreichen.

Do you guys think Tokon will be featured on Summer Game Fest?
If so, what do you think will be shown and what do you hope will be shown?

Personally, I think we'll receive sort of an overview trailer, showing off the different modes the game has to offer, maybe this "American comic shader" that was mentioned in an interview a while back, show the skins that you get with the ultimate edition in game (I believe we've only seen 2D artworks of them) and just provide more general information about the game.

Imo it is highly unlikely that they'll reveal Ghost Rider's team, as Doctor Doom's team was just shown to us a few days ago and I think they'd prefer leaving some space between the team reveals.
With EVO coming at the end of the month, I'm sure Ghost Rider's team will be shown there, though it is technically possible that they will show his team at SGF and reveal the DLC at EVO (but, again, imo this is unlikely)

What I think is likelier, however, is the reveal of a final beta. I think Summer Game Fest would be the perfect opportunity to have a lot of eyes on it and get as many people as possible to try out the game.
Additionally, I think (and hope) that this time around it will be an open beta that is also available on PC
