4 day Paris itinerary with an afternoon arrival from London would you change anything?

well, I am going to make my first Europe tour this October, and Paris is the destination that excites me the most. I have read a lot of your posts and come up with the following itinerary.

on the first day, I will arrive in Paris in the afternoon, go to my hotel at Opéra, then just stroll around the city and look for a good place to have dinner because I am sure I will be exhausted. On day two, I am going to visit the Louvre and walk a lot through Tuileries and by the Seine. Then on day three, I want to spend most of the day in Montmartre and then on day four, I want to visit Le Marais before going to my next city.

While booking my train ticket from London, I saw Eurostar Premier and now I am considering if it makes sense to spend some extra money on it since it may very well be my only European trip for a while. What do you think? Should I stick to my itinerary and splurge on the train ride?

Planning my first Europe trip and debating one small splurge

I'm finally making my first Europe trip happen later this year, and it's honestly a bigger deal to me than any vacation I've taken before. My sister and I have been saving for it for a while, so I'm trying to make a few parts of the trip feel a little more special without spending money just for the sake of it. The London to Paris leg is the one I'm most looking forward to, and I noticed there's a Premier option. For anyone who's actually tried it, is Eurostar Premier worth it for a once in a lifetime kind of trip?

AITA for not inviting my coworker to our Friday lunches anymore

Me and some coworkers usually go out every Friday for casual lunch after work. it started as a fun little tradition to relax after stressful shifts. Few months ago we started inviting another coworker, but honestly every lunch started feeling negative after that. He complains about almost everything every single time. the food, the prices, the service, the noise, even random conversations somehow become complaints. At first we tried to ignore it because we didn’t want to be rude, but eventually people stopped enjoying the lunches as much. So recently we stopped inviting him and now i heard he feels left out after noticing we still go without him.

AITA for wanting to protect the peaceful vibe of the group?
