Need help identifying an animal abuser from Ohio. Not sure what city. They were visiting New York and he beat his elderly border collie on camera.

Abandoned bonded pair need a home!
Some POS was evicted and left 3 cats behind. One was taken by an unknown individual. A boy and girl cat remain- they appear to be younger. For now, they are in a neighbor's patio but cannot stay long due to complaints. I believe they are fixed but will clarify with OP.
I am so sick and tired of people moving and abandoning their pets. They deserve better.
If anyone would consider adopting this pair, I will buy you 3 months of food and litter for them.
