💔 Injured, Gentle, and Running Out of Time Today 💔

Bandit is a 2-year-old Shepherd mix who has shown nothing but a sweet, gentle nature despite everything he's been through. ❤️

🐾 During his evaluation, Bandit calmly approached handlers for affection with a loose body, gently accepted treats, and was easy to leash and walk. He appeared shy at first but sought out human interaction and showed a kind, trusting personality.

💔 Bandit is also recovering from multiple lacerations and puncture wounds to his head and front legs. He remains under treatment, and on June 26 his medications were updated to add doxycycline.

This young boy deserves the chance to heal in a loving home—not to lose his life simply because the shelter is out of space.

Dog displayed sociability by coming over for interaction with a low tail and tucked ears. He initially tried to move past me exiting the kennel where I was able to prevent him from doing so by kneeling down blocking the door. He was easy to leash and walk outside where he urinated once in the grass. He displayed sociability with two handlers coming over for affection and treats gently by hand with a loose body, low wagging tail, and tucked ears.

Some POS was evicted and left 3 cats behind. One was taken by an unknown individual. A boy and girl cat remain- they appear to be younger. For now, they are in a neighbor's patio but cannot stay long due to complaints. I believe they are fixed but will clarify with OP.

I am so sick and tired of people moving and abandoning their pets. They deserve better.

If anyone would consider adopting this pair, I will buy you 3 months of food and litter for them.
