First time in 20+ years

Haven’t ripped a pack of Pokémon cards since I was a kid. Have been seeing so many positive videos on social media with the Pokémon community that I’m eager to try collecting again!

Does anyone else dislike summer?

I always enjoyed summer as a kid. Loved playing sports, pool with the friends and as I got older social events with friends. After I developed epilepsy at 22, I started feeling awful in the summer. It’s when I’ve had most of my seizures. I feel like I’m dying if it’s over 80 degrees and outside for any period of time over an hour. People think I’m crazy when I tell them my seasonal depression hits in the summer. Anyone else feel this way?

Very weird question, but does tickling feel like it could be a trigger?

The other day the girl that I have been seeing and I got into a tickle fight. I told her to stop and I got super uncomfortable for a second. It’s a normal person thing to do so I wasn’t mad at her but I had to be real with myself. Losing control of my body for that brief time was so unsettling. We had done it prior and I told her I hated it but I don’t think I had understood really why until that moment. Anyone else feel this way?

Do you care about the size of a players strike zone?

Been weirdly realizing I see pitches better in a medium to large sized strike zone (ex: elly, judge) compared to smaller strike zones (jroll, jram). Anyone else feel that way? I feel like the angle in which you’re seeing the pitcher is different or it’s just my stupid brain

Edit: For context I feel like taller guys I’m seeing from the catchers POV where with shorter guys I feel like I’m looking from the umpires POV

Is anyone else’s pec deck the equivalent of gold in their gym? I use the pec deck maybe once in a blue moon but goddamn I swear every time I want to use it I have to wait for like 30 people to use one and I have 2 at my gym. Just curious as to why it’s EVERYONES go to exercise.

I’m currently in the midst of a 72 hour fast. I’ve been trying to regulate my hunger and eating habits for some time now, generally failing after a period of time. I love food, it’s very tough to admit but eating makes me happy. I’m very active largely in part due to not wanting to put on weight because of my poor eating habits… my main goal in this post is I’d love to hear what works for people and I’d love to hear why! I’ve been thinking about trying OMAD or fasting for 24-36 hours once a week. Intermittent fasting was tough for me because I have a really weird work/sleep schedule. I’d love to hear anything from suggestions, what worked, what didn’t work, struggles you had or why you enjoy fasting! Thank you in advance!
