Is this worth $700?

Seller said everything works and only cosmetic is light paint on the back of the chair that may be removed? I believe it’s 2022 from the tag. I have not checked it out in person yet but assuming everything is correct is this a good deal?

Genesis GV70 2.5t CAI

Does anyone have recommendations for a cold air intake for the Genesis GV70 2.5t engine? I mostly see ones that are made for 3.5t. Would also appreciate if anyone has experience with exhaust system upgrades for 2.5t. Any shops around Philadelphia area or nearby that has experience I want the exhaust to be a bit louder but don’t want any droning
