Carrier sleep vs bassinet at 6 weeks

My husband and I are having a debate about our 6 week olds sleep.

Up until now he's been a good sleeper, 50% in the cot, 50% in the baby carrier on me (we go for walks etc and he sleeps well). Today we focused on getting him to sleep in the cot because my husband and I were home on a Sunday together and our other older kids were out and we had the time. Consequently baby missed a couple of sleep windows, got overtired and then we just could not get him to sleep for 6 hours or so until 8pm.

Our argument is this: I believe it's ok for him to sleep in the baby carrier here and there if he's struggling to go down in the cot. I feel it's more important for him to get whatever sleep he can get and not get overtired.

My husband thinks we need to be working really hard on only getting him to sleep in the bassinet so he learns a good consistent routine and habit in sleeping in the cot. But I think this leads to more frustration and exhaustion in everyone and at 6 weeks we shouldn't be sweating this yet.

What does everyone else understand about this?

Help! Torn between names

So we named our baby boy Charlie Angus which I do love. However our daughter is Marley and our son is Archibald who we call Archie. I saw the rhyming with Marley being an issue but didn't foresee that we'd constantly call Charlie Archie and Archie Charlie because the sounds are so similar.
Now we're thinking to change his name to Robin Rangati (my husbands mums maiden name) which I do like but not as much as Charlie.

Do we keep Charlie and risk a lifetime of mixing up names and rhyming? Or change to Robin which I don't like as much but is literally the only other name we can both agree on?

I'm eligible for 105 hours of Centrelink parental leave pay and my husband the remaining 15. However his salary is much higher than that so taking the Centrelink pay instead would be a drop HOWEVER, I'm wondering can he keep working Monday-Friday and claim the Centrelink parental leave on Saturday Sundays in addition?
How does his portion work?
