I looked away for a second and it was gone so I hope its harmless

Me and my freind have waited for a few days away from the dungeon and no cultists have spawned. there's no active threat, this is the exact same setup we had for skeletron and we dont have any other biomes near it. I cant figure out whats wrong with it.
