Yesterday afternoon I got an arthroscopy and I'm not sure if this is normal, but the anesthesiologist or whatever gave me my sedation and local sedative or whatever to the leg they were working on, and I still cannot feel below the knee save for my foot. (This happened about 2pm yesterday, it's now 7am)

Like I can curl my toes and move my foot, but the only thing I feel from like kneecap down is when I touch my other foot to it and that's not a lot of sensation either. Sorry if this is not the sub to ask this on, I just don't know what to do or if this is a concern

So I'm not an artist myself in the slightest but there's this one kit I want done, so I posted a want listing. It's a LE kit that's not sold out yet, but I'm scared it will between now and whenever/ if ever the listing gets responded to, so would it be better if I bought the blank kit to hold onto and shipped it out when I got a response, or should I wait for a response before buying the kit?

I recently got my hands on the smallest baby I've ever owned (16 inches) and she's way too small for normal preemie stuff. Any idea where I could find clothes that actually fit her? I was even looking at stuff for like baby dolls, but that is either not great quality, or too steep of a price. Any ideas?

Just trying to figure out size? I know she wears 3-6 and is quite small, so I'm thinking maybe a 1-2? If anyone has a Sandie, please let me know.

Received a baby today that thankfully does not smell of smoke, but gives off that telltale older person smell (got him secondhand from a lovely older woman) how would I go about trying to clean him up? He's got full arms and legs btw. Any help is appreciated.
