Hi, Everyone! I recently got accepted as TA Coordinator sa IBM, I already got the JO and about to start on September 14. I just wanna ask IBM HR pips, what its like working there? like what to expect.

Sobrang sakit na ng ulo ko, nagwo-worry kasi dahil night shift ako and boundary-conscious sa work-life balance (clinical sepanx).

I just wanna know everything about its setup and what to expect so i can manage my emotions well.
