I live sandwiched between two heavy smokers, one downstairs, one on the side, and we’ve all got balconies, which they use nonstop. Every time they light up, I have to rush to close my windows or it’s like they’re smoking inside my place. Double whammy too: weed from one side, cheap harsh cigarettes from the other.

I have asthma so this affects me. No legal recourse where I live. Tried talking to them nicely, nothing. Tried slamming windows and showing obvious frustration — nothing. They just keep smoking like nothing happened.

I understand their perspective but I have only been able to sit on my balcony maybe three times in three years when they were not around. And now with the summer heat I can’t even keep windows open.

What do you suggest I do? Most creative ideas are welcome.

I’ve had this plantar wart for 4 years now.

I feel like I’ve tried everything. OTC salicylic acid and patches, then upgraded to 40% SA paste. Did rounds of ACV at home too. Then multiple rounds of cryotherapy. Multiple rounds of laser. To no avail. It would get better, then worse. And it’s still there. I also tried to leave it alone but that also didn’t work.

The last dermatologist I saw mentioned Cell FX. He said he’s had great results with using it against warts. He thinks I might need 2-3 sessions. It’s apparently painful too and done under local anesthesia. It’s also quite pricey and I’d have to pay everything myself.

Has anyone tried this and was it successful on your warts?

N.B: I haven’t tried imiquimod, canthardin or candida injections (all kinda scary to me, especially the reactions). I do not want to try bleomycin (strong no).
