Has anyone with Crohns Disease gone through the medication process and come out the other side? Feeling any better?

I'm 37M with crohns waiting on blood results to check thyroid function - interested to know if anyone has any experience with crohns and thyroid issues, thanks :)

The cloud systems and coverage are easily the best i have ever seen in a space sim. Such great work!

Trouble with Engine Plates

How do you add more than one engine into the slots? even with x2/x3 or x4 symmetry for each plate it only wants to put one engine in the centre. any help would be great!
