1 - I live in NJ
2 - Created a single member LLC in Arkansas
3 - Used a registered agent in Arkansas and as principal address on the Certificate of Organization filed with the state of Arkansas.
4 - there will be no physical location or office. Managed out of my home in NJ.
5 - no business will be done in NJ. Only in Arkansas.

My question is - how do I answer these two questions on the IRS website EIN application.

Please select the state/territory where the business is physically located. - should this be Arkansas where the LLC was created or New Jersey where I live?

Where is the Single Member Limited Liability Company (LLC) physically located?" - this is asking for a specific address. Should I use the registered agent address in Arkansas or my personal address in NJ?

As we know, it’s nearly impossible to watch old episodes of raw and smackdown these days. The only options are limited episodes on Netflix or shitty/sketchy websites that are horrible to use.

So rather than struggle through it episode by episode with the limited and unreliable resources we have, I decided to try something different. I am going to only watch the PPVs which are widely available still, and use Chat GPT to give me a summary of the major storylines from every Raw, Smackdown, and Sunday night heat since the last PPV.
I’ll also have ChatGPT list any memorable and important promos/moments so that I can view them on YouTube.

Then watch the PPV.

Rinse and repeat.

It’s not perfect or preferable, but it’s good for now.
