Updated wage modeler
Gee, their new wage modeler says someone who meets expectations will be receiving 7/5.5/5.5/5.5% raises starting next year. And if you get a low rating you'll still receive 3% every year. What a load of BS.

Can someone explain the new verbiage under Attachment B, Eligibility? How does this affect previous benefits for employees hired before 2007? For example, the "retiree-pay-all" is new.
Earlier this year I did a split conversion by moving my 401k after-tax contributions and its earnings to a Traditional (earnings) and a Roth IRA (contributions) respectively. No taxes incurred. Now I've learned that I could probably have converted all of it to a Roth IRA without a tax hit. Would there be any issues/taxes owed with doing another conversion to move the Traditional balance into the Roth? I understand that I'll have to pay taxes on the gains incurred since the original conversion (about $8k). I only have one Traditional IRA.
This page contains a My Competencies section but does not explain anything about what the numbers mean or how they're used. I've never even heard about it. Please enlighten.
