Why in the WORLD would you make it to where I can not use my password to log in to my account... yes security this and 2 factor authentication that. I have the certs I get it. but let me put my password in, give me an Option even to use my password instead of forcing me in to using only a passkey. and then when I don't have access to that passkey you tell me I have to call a number and sit in a phone maze for who knows how long to try to get an actual person because all of a sudden my PASSWORD doesn't allow me PASSAGE to use the website you created. absolute insanity. locking your users in to only one possible path to log in is the opposite of user friendly in so many ways. also not allowing a different method to receive the code is insanely frustrating..
