New 8 month old puppy will not potty outdoors - seems uncomfortable going in front of humans

I've had my toy aussie for about 5 days now. Her breeder tells me she was previously housebroken and trained to use a dog potty box with pine pellets.

She has regressed, and will not even sniff the grass when we are outside. I have also seen no evidence of her pottying in her pellet box. She will only pee or poop in my kitchen. I've kept her tethered to me or crated and taken her out several times a day since getting her, but she will hold it for over 8 hours waiting for a chance to pee privately in the kitchen. She's eating and drinking normally. I think she is just anxious or intimidated by going potty in front of new people. She is a sensitive dog.

I have tried sopping her pee spots and marking her correct potty areas with it, but she's still not interested in going there. I don't know how to encourage her to potty outside without being able to praise her for having done so.

I also have norovirus right now so I haven't been able to get these yet, but I was planning on getting an enzymatic cleaner, a potty encouragement spray, and a longer lead so she can feel like she has more privacy. Other than these things, what could I do to make her more comfortable pottying in front of me? I have never scolded her for pottying inside before, I always clean in up quietly.

Finished my first needlefelt project!

I've been wanting to get into needle felting for a long time but never bought the supplies since I already have so many crafting materials. My boyfriend bought me a bunch of wool and needles, so I decided to use it to make his father's day gift <3 I'm really happy with how this turned out! The tom cat was the first one I did and he took FOREVER, like 4 days. I thought there was no way I'd be able to finish the mom and kitten in time but they worked up way quicker than he did.

Questions about weekly caloric intake needs if I begin to extended fast, if green tea breaks the fast

I only found out about extended fasting today, but I'm very interested. I have been nervous about losing weight (I am about 50lbs overweight and currently classed as obese) because I'm worried about the appearance of loose skin, but I have decided to drop the weight regardless because at least I'll like my clothed appearance better if I'm thinner, even if I end up with loose skin that makes me want to avoid a bikini.

With that in mind, I've started eating at a caloric deficit, intermittent fasting (I eat from noon to 8pm), aiming to lose slowly at a pound lost per week, and I planned to get a derma roller and hope for the best in regards to how my skin reacts to the loss. Then I saw that inducing autophagy can actually naturally tighten your skin over time as the body recycles the damaged and stretched out proteins and such.

I'm a short woman and have been relatively inactive (I started pilates and some indoor cycling for cardio last week, though) and right now I'm eating around 1600 calories a day with the goal of losing 1lbs per week, so that's 11,200 calories weekly.

Here are my questions.

• If I decided to fast for 48 hours, would the 3,200 calories I would have ordinarily eaten in that time need to be redistributed over the other 5 days of that week? I don't want to lose the weight *too* fast since losing it slowly can help the skin retract naturally, as well.

•Would it be safe to routinely eat for 5 days and fast for 2 days every week? Is there a better routine for my goal?

•If I'm doing my Pilates for 5 days a week and fasting for two, is it better for me to line those days up so that I am resting my muscles on the same days I fast, or should I line it up so that I am eating on the 2 days I rest and working out on the 2 days I fast?

•Will drinking plain green tea prevent autophagy from occuring? I usually drink 30ml of apple cider vinegar over the course of a day in my green tea. Would *that* break autophagy?

•Any recommendations on electrolyte mixes that I can consume during fasting without breaking autophagy? Any good sources on how to do extended fasts safely? I googled it but I'm not sure what results to trust.

I've never been to a wedding before. I asked the dress code and was told none, but that it will be outdoors so not to wear anything too hot, and that the colors are yellow and green. There is a green version of this dress online that I think has wayyy too much white even though it is the same pattern, and it got me thinking that maybe the flowers are too white on this one as well and that I just didn't recognize it right away because of how close yellow and white look to me.

I am also going to go look at stores in person later today so this may not be an issue, but if I can't find anything irl in my price range then this dress was what I planned to order since it's fairly cheap. But I certainly don't want to wear something that may be seen as tacky.

Edit: the wedding is a few weeks away. I was told about it a few days ago.
