Well… I Did it.
I was going back-and-forth between this and a used R1S, but couldn’t justify the price of the R1S. Yes, it’s beautiful, but the cheapest one I could find near me was $68k. Picked up the cheapest, CPO, EV9 Land (2024) I could find. I was able to get them down to $40k (before tax and license). It has 36k miles, but what’s nice is the people who had this before me did all the required maintenance. Little bonus is it came with both the tow hitch and tow hitch cover, as well as new Michelin tires.
Overall, I love it. With our growing family and another planned in the next year or so, it’s a good investment. Just got it ceramic coated so all those micro swirls are gone, and she’s looking pretty damn good.
Cheers, and if there’s any advice, I’d love to hear it!
Lastly, happy Fourth of July!
