Has anyone driven Balls Canyon Road from Bordertown to Sierraville (Via Staverville Rd)?

I am planning an adventure and am curious about access and road conditions. I have found that it is a public easement route, but it bisects private property. I don't have Onyx.

For the folks with a truss fork. How are you mounting cages/bags/bottles/etc. to the fork? I am building a Jones LWB spaceframe and am at the point where I can start thinking about cargo.

I am curious to see what has been done, what has failed, and what has worked. Open to DIY.

TL;DR: I need help picking a crankset.

It will live on a Jones LWB Diamond frame.

Specs:

• BSA 68 BB
• Either 24mm or 30mm spindle.
• 52 mm chainline. Boost.
• S-Ride 12 sp rear mech.

I am hoping to find the balance between durability, weight, and cost. Can anyone point me towards some options?

I plan on getting a Jones LWB. I need help deciding between the Spaceframe or Diamond Frame. I can buy the spaceframe as a frameset and build it up or the Diamond frame complete and swap components.

Anyone out there have a LWB spaceframe built up and a know the weight?

I am also interested in Pros/Cons of one frame over the other.
