CLOUD SYNC MSG. PL HELP

I am getting this msg since yesterday evening. If I Skip all, game runs smooth, Is it ok If I ignore this and so avoid any risk and continue the game. did not see any cloud sync setting in rockstar account settings. Please help [I have played 2-3 hrs after date and time stamp shown in msg above]

Need guidance for starter RDR2

I am a guy who generally avoids side quests . Does this game eventually require side quests to complete main story or progressing this game without side quests makes you less quipped with gadgets / tools which make side quests essential? Can some one pl guide ? Also is this game grindy ? Thanks in advance.

If I Leak oil barrel with Screwdriver and throw Glycerine ,, getting only Target eliminated [no one sees me whil throwing] sometimes loses SA and on copule of occassions it does not ..LOCATION COLARADO [near garadge]
